just now i went to collect something from sufian.
wah piangz eh.
he's like wearing those armor from american football sia.
his delt are like 2-3 times of the skinny pt's.

haha sounds good brother! im cutting now, and my arms and chest are lagging; left delt vs right as well but the physio told me its more due to the injury! I'm about 84 already, lets compare pictures when we get to about the same weight

His fever is nt higher den mine....My mucus definitely more then him...its thick n green too...Plus i LS many times
