HL tastes weird to me.. I buy meiji from giant, 2L for $4.75.

that's cuz HL are all-flavoured I believe...

My wife was used to drinking HL and didn't realize it was flavoured until after I tried it for the first time...

That was only 4 or so years ago...

I had to google what UHT was the first time I saw it as well...

I get Meiji coz it's almost always on offer. Even when fairprice is selling at the usual 5.40 (especially nowdays), i can still get it for below $5 bucks haha. Used to take Hl too, but the ingredients are as confusing as they are disturbing..
Ok not exactly disturbing but dunno wtf they are.. almost same ingredients as yoghurt lol

Some people just like the more "gao" taste. I suppose Louis likes it enough to justify ingesting mystery juice. Seems most of his diet decisions are guided by his taste buds. Personally I find the taste very unnatural, kinds like the opposite of the flat taste of skim milk.

not sure about this one, but just while we were on the topic of funny milk...

I don't think I'd ever seen UHT back in Canada. All our milk comes from the refrigerated sections of the supermarket and not from the middle aisles...
