how to order something without a us credit card?

Does anybody know of a service or a proxy that can order from a us website that only accepts us credit cards? I would like to order something but i do not have a us credit card.

doesn't that onenow that adeline was flogging (as an equity partner
) have a payment service?
Otherwise I've got around it in the past either with paypal, or calling up the company and sending whatever proof they need, to allow use of my local credit card.
