...so i started using outlook 2003 (temporary situation, for a few months)... there's one thing i can't figure out.
japanese characters don't show up properly... the content itself shows up fine.

it's not the sender's problem as i can see the subject properly in other clients.

anyone know what the problem/fix is?

never use utf8 ?

east-asian language support not installed in your regional settings?
