Who's up for this Sunday? And where? Is Phing back yet?

i think can only do at TPy bah...

Sorry, still away. Now in Thessaloniki, close to the birth place of Alexander the Great. Yesterday happened to be my wife's "name day", for San Sophia.

More long duration low intensity work, 4km promenade facing the sea, and it's a lovely day today. Boy am I going to be in trouble when I get back to Singapore...

I'm good for it.

As a tribute to Phing, I think we should make this a hard workout, cause it'll be a day of rest on monday. We will make it even harder when phing is back, to remind him, that long duration, low intensity, with sinful scoops of gelatto's is never the way to go

i might be there (tpy i suppose?) if it doesn't rain.
elliot, you're also a sucker for pain. but not too sick pls for the workout. have mercy on my weak heart.

I'm out for the next two weeks to study.

Elliott, save some of these up for when I'm back. Disappointed I missed the last one...

4 people so far then.

Im.......out...
Working next 2 sundays too...

20th sep right?
