As I'll be away in Macau and Hong Kong for a business trip this Thursday till next Tuesday, I was planning on overloading myself for this week until my next local training session next Wednesday. What's the best way to go about doing it? Massive volume?

Do 5 Crossfit WODs in a day, then go run a marathon.

Everyday till you leave.

Okay, looks like I will cram two sessions into one tomorrow morning since my flight is at night.

Have been doing this for more than two years with controlled volume. Fun way of training. :)

Feeling so skinny fat now after not training since last Wednesday. :(

Best of all I'm going overseas again in two weeks time for five days.
