Is there a cause for concern if my blood pressure is 150 / 60?

Please take again after a good night sleep and see how. Good luck.
If you take it after a tough NSF day with only 2 hours of sleep the night before, i can understand.

you could be;
- sick
- alcohol
- stress
better get a doc to do a blood test. U cant use forums like this to ask about serious illness

Probably a combination of alcohol and training stress as Friday was packed with both.
