Who has a pet dog here?

Especially golden retrievers.
The general impression of them is family orientated, docile and friendly to strangers etc. Most of the time they just hang their tongues out and panting when they see me.
However, my neighbour's golden retriever can bark just as much or even more than the "more aggressive" breeds. First time, i had seen such a golden retriever. To make things worse, there is also a tiny annoying bitch dog yapping in high pitch together with the golden retriever. It can bark at nothing, anything and everything. You have to see it to believe it.
Either, the owner has not trained/treated the dog properly(thus the dog turns out to be as crazy as her) or the annoying small bitch dog is influencing the golden retriever. The owner's previous dogs of various breeds also bark like hell.What do you guys think?
