Goi's Fitness Forum

I'm assuming that this weekend there's nothing going on? I may go hit some hill sprints and some KB work on my own then

How about next week? Phing's going to be back from his KK trip, right? Goi you camping yet? Hopefully I can pick up my greens then

Will be busy this weekend. I won't be in camp till after national day, so next weekend *should* be fine. Do you want me to pass your greens to elliott?

Yeah, maybe next weekend is better. My knees probably need some time to recover from the overuse, although they are feeling quite good today.

This has somehow fallen off the radar... anything up this weekend?

Hill sprints?

Or a regular program?

Wouldn't mind hill sprints actually, but I'll go with the flow.

I'm up for it, but I'll leave it to you guys for the WOD

that means hill sprints are on

yeah what time? the usual sprint place? whos coming btw. so far phing keith and me? elliott just told me he has to move house.

is it that lorong sesuai place? I can pick up Keith and Elliott from the usual place, if they are coming.

Yeah, I guess the usual hill, unless anyone knows of another better one...
