The world is still reeling in shock from the recent catastrophes that struck Japan. At the same time, we are also humbled by the resilience of the Japanese.

It is a long journey ahead for a complete recovery. As the Japanese pick up the pieces to rebuild their lives, we at Genesis Performance Center would like to show our support and solidarity by doing what we do best. Sweating it out!

The plan is simple, we will use a team based strength training workout adjusted participants current fitness levels. All our perspiration will be transformed to the monetary value to be donated (100%). All participants will be given a Certificate of Participation in this meaningful event too. Donations are a minimum $20 and you are welcome to donate more.

So, bring your friends along, and join us to "Sweat it out for Japan"!

The dilemma is the 23rd is also TF's birthday...

I might be interested if enough people go. Otherwise, it clashes with my SWF training, and I'd rather do that instead.

btw from what I've heard the training is Strongman based, i.e. farmers walks, prowlers, sleds, etc, and it lasts for about 60min.

I'm back that morning ~1am (so likely in bed by 3am), don't know if I'll be up to working out at 10am yet (although sucker that I am, maybe I will be)... but if I am, I'll drive down.
