Crossfit Trainers in Singapore

As luck would have it you now have 2 CF trainers in Singapore.
Look up Kevin Lim at the American Club
He will have the big grin on his face as he got his muscle up in Sydney this weekend!!!

muscle up = going from below to above the rings
Sydney= capital of Australia
There was a cf cert there this weekend

Ah ok ... thought he went for Mardi Gras ... read in TimeOut there was a Sleazeball on Sat
BTW Canberra is the capital, but Sydney's the oldest and biggest.

Pardon my ignorance if you have mentioned this already somewhere on this forum or OP forum. But maybe you could be be like Austin Powers and tell us what the other thing that scares you is.
I mean who is the other crossfitter? Would be curious to know where and how they train here

The other one is Kevin's GF
Both of them are very nice people, but I only got a chance to spend 5 mins with them.
Apparently the American club is now full of kettlebells and lifting platforms!
