i read on their website safra member only pay $100 joining fee and $60 every 3months rite??

The 100 bucks then 60 for 3 months is off peak pricing.

louis, seems like u hav used all the Energy1 gym. I tink tpy is the best of all, huge gym surrounded by a indoor running track.
Mt Faber's free wweight section damn f##king cramp!

too bad, my membership only allow me to use 1 gym not all

so gotta bear wz the crowd @ Mt. Faber.

hehe, i try to use all the gyms and see how good it is..
the best is TPY, 2nd best imho is Mount faber because it has a rack and rower..3rd is yishun.

i called..pay upfront 6months or 9months membership plus 150 joining...i calculated its abt 50-60 bucks... after tt pay quarterly...

If SPANS, that means you can join hometeamNS club gym. $60 per year. Cheapest in town.

No Power rack, but got enough free weights lah. Max DB till 75lbs, this one quite sucky...

the no power rack issue, but still got smith machine and can use the pins as squat rack.

dun bruff...u use smith machine to squat n curl rite and some benching exercise

BTW, i tried squatting with the smith machine once. Super uncomfortable.

I do use the smith machine. To hold on to when I do my sissy squats. I not hardcore enough to do squats and curls with the smith machine yet. Still working on it. Haha

The new supplement protein shake i bought to standby is good ok..

Friso Gold 1...Got AHA, DA etc etc.....

you can "pump" your "milk" too, but won't be from the breast, and think you will take a very long time to reach 100ml
