Goi's Fitness Forum

Not sure how I will feel personally (although my 10+hours of sleep last night helped!), but others may be interested in a workout proper versus Jordan's beep test in the morning. I'll still come down, and if I don't feel good I'll just do the videoing (been a while since we did one).

I'd say tentatively at TPY stadium (with rain contingency @SAFRA next door), alternatives can be proposed.

So put your names down, and we can play with your new pretty KBs... if you can transport them!

proper workout, I am in. Haha. No DOTA.

are you going to collect your bells prior?

wah pilot

OK, I'm in. I'll bring my usual bag of goodies + my new puppies

I mentioned to jordan that I can pick up the bells and him up before the workout...

but i'll be joining for the work out, just no running..

wah, never give tip still want service ah? win already

anyway, what time tmr?

hey, i'll be doing beep test at like 10am? or 9. depends. then i have dota all the way!. so i guess i'll lug the bells you have to plaza sing. unless of course u wanna pick me up!

hehe

and er..... u have 1 x 8 and 1 x 24(jerry) 1 x 20(louis) right?

u got do the test i tot arron say not doing already

i shall convince him!

then who conduct for you all ?

if you all the workout in the morning before my dota. i will come join y'all lor. just that you'll be seeing a boy running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running running !!!!!!!

I'm in. I'll be out in the morning but will check email early afternoon. If we're bringing KB, would we be allowed to use them in the Safra if we need the contingency?

I'll assume1 we'll be using 16s and 20s for the moment, since it seems to be the common ones we have.

I wouldn't bet on it.

Oh yeah, pushing for a change in location since Goi is the only easternly person here...

Thinking one of the stadiums to the west such as Clementi (any other suggestions)

Elliott may also be interested if it is in the west.

bring elliot on man...

If its in the west... Clementi Stadium is good. Just beside the AYE. Its at west coast actually.

But, for convenience sake, for those on the MRT, Gombak stadium is just beside Gombak MRT. Hahaha

so what time?

well, then, we need to decide on 2 major things:
1) time (I have a feeling morning is out, considering it's already 6.30am)
2) location; both gombak and clementi stadium aren't too far from their respective MRTs (gombak is closer, clementi is a bit further, but both look closer than the TPY MRT->TPY stadium)

clementi stadium is abt same distance away from the mrt as toa payoh..maybe a bit further

time?

i dunno im not going

Time: 4pm or 4.30pm, if everybody can get there at 4.30pm then I'd rather not waste time getting there at 4pm and then sitting around waiting again.

Location: TPY or Clementi or Gombak?

so who's in:
1) phing
2) goi?
3) keith?
4) suffian?
5) louis? (BTW I have your 20kg KB)

Clementi or Gombak for me. 4.30pm will be good.

executive decision then:

4.30pm@Clementi. Bring your 16kg KBs if you have.

I will be leaving from town around 4pm (lucky plaza area), so if anybody wants a life, buzz me earlier xxI can give 2-3 folks a lift.
