This weekend(29-30th)

It's early, but who's up for this a session this weekend?
The usual deal - TPY stadium again if it doesn't rain, and TPY Safra E1 if it does
If it rains we can do a form check day on any exercise as well.
I'm leaning towards Sunday afternoon since I'll be having a late night on Friday.

voted for sunday. we do something crazy la.
suggestion: 10 burpee pull up push up+ 400km run x 6 sets. as fast as possible

Sorry, but you can run 6 sets of 400km yourself.

ok lo seems like not right haha . another suggestion:
6 sets of 10 burpee pull up push up and run and climb(using those big steps) to the top of stadium grandstand and touch the wall.

How about we do Xerxes for 5 rounds instead of 3? It's been a while since we visited the original workouts...

I won't be here on the weekend, doing a quick trip to xiamen and back (leaving friday, back sunday evening).

I vote for Sunday so I can pass you guys your stuff. It's right after work, just nice.

Wouldn't mind taking you up on the offer. Let me figure out what my arrangement is and how much "free" time I'll have. This time it's only a short trip. Next time, if things go well, could be longer
