I presume speed is also an issue? Not just how much you eat but how fast you eat it right? I'm sure many regular people can eat 5 scoops easily liao.

forget about the 1kg challenge, it's a scam. you're better off buying 1kg from QB food and eat it yourself.

oh well. nice try aaron. the steak challenge has to be done on a weekday, ordered 3 days in advance, and you have to dine in with 3 others.

and that 3 others have to buy some F-ing expensive prime rib!
