Hi all, I'm looking for weight plates. Planning to buy an olympic bar and a pair of:
10kgs, 5kgs, 2.5kgs and 1.25kgs.

If anyone has these weight plates still in relatively ok condition(not so cracked up that the 10kg is already 9kg), and would like to sell them, do let me know.

I dare to say say you will get bored of the weights after a while.

ahah, yea, dun waste money, i buy all my things, also rarely use one.

Why I say that?

Coz you have too few plates to play with...after a while,you have this mentality "so light,no kick already..." Your equipment will then be at a corner collecting dust and cobwebs...

So its all or nothing here-either you buy everything(like what I did) or you don't buy anything at all...

Well,the choice is yours...

Buy kettlebells lah. No matter how light also got use for them.

i have one dumbbell, total weight including plates, is like 12kg only. Collecting dust for the past few years already. lol

told u liao ryan. my friend bought weights put in house in the end go gym. its got to do with the surrounding when u train

I foresee myself having difficulty keeping myself away from the weights, not the other way round. Besides, I can blast some metal music from my phone and switch on the aircon, periodize exercises without having to worry about sharing equipment, grunt and shout....etc.

Spend the money on food...or at least save it,you're still young,better to save the money.

But it's your call.

just get the weights lah... at home u bored u can do.

BTW, I would recommend a punching bag and a skipping rope. ITs better, and more useful. Good for cardio.

I agree. Better to get a pullup bar and rings also.

no thx i have 2 3kg DB at home.

Last time I used to hold the two 3kg DBs together and do curls.

Man you are so late... I dumped 2 10kg plates and a bar to the scrap metal buyer 3 months back.
