Calling for Webmastering geeks

Okay i got a draft lay out for my site.
I would like the some idea as to how to execute it.
The main part i'm wondering is, how do i engage a blogging style of content which i can update often. What lies in the content should dynamic and i just need to do like how blogspot is, ease of authoring content.
I know Wordpress and blogspot has this to transport the data over to the site.
Secondly, can i have 2 dynamic spaces running concurrently?
I want the Tips to be dynamic too so i can update frequently, how do i do it?
I'm trying the web 2.0 thingy but i don't know there to start..any help will be appreciated.

if the server supports frontpage uploading its good lo. frontpage got this kind of layout one

Blogspot abit hard to do other stuff like writing promos and adding pictures and stuff.

Just google FREE Wordpress Templates.
Maybe when I am free later I will do the columns for you... then email you or something lah...
