As suggested by flying dragon....
HUAT AH!!
8 thrusters
8 dips
8 pullups
8 ab rollers
400m run
3 times....
Rings are available, thus can sub with ring dips.
Thrusters can be done with KBs. Choose your poison.
Someone also wanted to go for 8 rounds. Go ahead. I think Kevin can accompany u.

cut the run to 100m
otherwise you will slow down and 'rest' during the run and the intensity drops

NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL
4 (that's how we'll feel after the workout...) rounds of:
8 thrusters
8 ab rollers
88m run (approx.)
8 dips
8 pullups
88m run (approx.)
i.e. set up the thruster and ab rollers at the start of the track, run to the other end and do dips and pullups, then run back and do the thruster+ab rollers.
exercise choice to be tweaked.

This will be hard considering the amount of ppl on the track...

Not sure if this will work (Just a suggestion but it will definitely increase the work capacity by a few notches)
3 Rds of
800m
8 thrusters
8 ab rollers / KTE
8 dips / Ring Dips
8 pullups

Goi's gonna hate you for the doubling his 400m pleasure.
That is definitely gonna be a challenge! What do others think about this one?
Phing, the 88m one is definitely going to be hard, unless we can place the equipment in that semi-circle at the other end of the track, but on the track is just going to cause problems

isn't there this patch of track area that's right beside the fitness corner? we can put the weights there and start the sprint from there. sprint 44m approx then back.

thrusters we suck at, the 2 you mentioned we also suck at, so why don't we just do 8 exercises we all suck at(i don't mind dips here) for 8 reps. :X and of course MUAHAHAH 8 sets. :X

let's see, what do we hate to do:
HSPU
ring dips
pullups
400m's
ab roller/KTEs
1-H walking lunges
two more (either to balance these out or what we hate to do)? then we do 8 reps of everything, intersphered by 2x400m (i.e. 400m then 8 exercisesx8 reps, 400m, then 8 exercisesx8 reps)... that should be a nice and brutal workout, approx. 10mins.
