KB remedial class on 24 Jan 2009

In view of Chinese New Year, regular class is cancelled on 24 Jan 2009.

However due to overwhelming demand, we have decided to open a remedial class on the previous 6 sessions.

Do come if you have missed the regular class.
1000-1100h Session 1: Intu Flow®
1100-1200h Session 2: Flowfit®
1200-1300h ---------BREAK------------
1300-1400h Session 3: Breathing & Structure
1400-1500h Session 4: Swing
1500-1600h Session 5: Clean
1600-1700h Session 6: Press
Fee: $20 $10 per session.
Venue: Blk 128 Lorong 1 Toa Payoh.
Depending on the class' ability, we have not decided how many sessions to cover. But if all of you are fine, we'll do all 6 sessions.
