Right now, i dont see any swelling. Did a little bit of ICEing.
Lots of pain can be felt during walk when my toe points in certain angle, when my knee is coming inward.
No swelling, will this mean no mcl tear or something?
Which should i visit later?
GP?
Hopsital A&E?
Chinese doc?
How i get it, skipped past 1 player, about to land on left leg when another fucker come right into my left shin from the outer side. Now inner knee is in pain.

from personal experience, your pain could be due to damage to your meniscus, but hard to assess until the swelling subsides, since the pain could be a result of that instead. Ligament damage itself is totally painless. I only felt/heard a pop, but other than the moment of pain from the collision and the joint articulating in a direction it shouldn't I really had no lingering pain after. (I ended up with little meniscus damage as it was discovered in surgery.)

Sorry, missed that detail in reading...
If you can see an orthapaedic specialist. I was fortunate enough to be in school when this happened and it had a great medical and sports medicine/science faculties that had ties with local hospitals, so I had access to an orthapaedic surgeon (without a referral) who assessed and oversaw my rehab (pre-surgery), diagnosed me properly once the swelling subsided and ultimately performed my surgery.
So, see if you can find a good one here.

swelling will come tmr if not the maybe it could be just a knock, of course it comes with more pain...
sleep more so that the body can repair itself and up o3 dosing to keep the inflammation in check.
Monitor the situation, if pain still lingers then go for an xray.

I didn't get much swelling or hear any pop when I tore my ACL. But my knee buckled under weight.
You can go A&E. Don't bother with GP (they will only say knee sprain, give you pain killer and send you home). The MO will do certain tests to your knee to test stability. If they feel that there is meniscus or ligament damage, they will refer you to the sports clinic of the hospital.
Good luck!

depending on your insurance, you should always go to GP for a referral.
if you already know which specialist you want to see, you can always ask them which GP can get you a referral.
it could be as simple as your knee cap's out of alignment.

x-rays for soft tissue are about as useful as a comb is to Jen or Jon...

ya hairline cracks or fractures..but then Wolff's law will dictate that the bone will adapt to loading and stress.
So next time do more lateral loading via unilateral exercise for your lower body and reactive training if you're playing sports.. most people neglect that bit.

Good to know it's nothing serious. Meanwhile keep RICE-ing.

actually i don't believe in RICE - inflammation is a symptom of a bigger problem.
RICE-ing only aids to elevate the pain but doesn't fix the situation.
Most of my injuries, i'll just keep my O3 dosing high to keep the inflammation in check while allowing it to heal.
As for the pain, its just your serotonin wearing out...and telling you quit adding stress to that part..so have more sleep =)

wait for 1-2 weeks see how.
there is no swelling, and ICEing actually make it more painful. i'm strange hor.

Once the pain subsides substantially, start mobility work.

i don't have any medical background...
but why ice a joint if there's no swelling?
i mean, part of 'warming up' is to get the joints moving smoothly right? synovial fluid, etc, blah, blah, blah, i won't pretend to understand. but it seems natural to me that colder joint results in more pain?

Probably the powers that be at ACSM have some dealings with some cold pack manufacturer.
