Anyone can explain to me the benefits (if any) behind running through housing estates via the linkage of blocks? Just did 20 minutes of it within my neighbourhood and did a heck lot of jumps, running ups and downs, sprints here and there, et cetera. Was very fun.
Just to add on, my definition of the title here is at a very amateurish level. I certainly can't leap off buildings yet.

I think the biggest benefit is the fun factor. Motivational tool that will surely spur youto repeat the feat. Unlike track running, which is so very boring.
