Is club fitt open tomorrow? more importantly, any one knows if the jurong west stadium one is open?

day 1 all close.

wah chiu no need to bai nian one ah? rest one day lah. clubfitt also has to rest one. chu yi not open.

Actually I also feel like going clubfitt tmr lo. Sian now my ex workplace all machines liao, if not can sneak in. Don't even have free barbells now!!
Anw is the jurong west gym a clubfitt one too? Haven't been there yet leh wanna go try, only went jurong east before..

yes, it is...spacious and quite well equipped...but no heavy dumbells, and no banging of weights...

HaiZ some clubfitt ah, really damn inflexible. Yiochukang one got smart alec, I do barbell rows ask me go power rack cuz I'm doing "powerlifting". Super strict.

Cck one say I can't deadlift near ( abt 2m away) the mirror cuz scared I crash into it. WTF!?

Think delta one still better, drop a bit also don't care.

she's a champ in bodybuidling...apparently knows her stuff...was quite ok with her until the incident...used to train there a fair bit
