I am using MAC OS X 10.3.9.
Where can i download the following:
-The latest version of Quicktime for my OS.
-A Microsoft Paint type program.
-How to upgrade my OS to a later version.
Basket, my OS is running very well, just that can't download a lot of things because they are made for newer versions.

The latest version of Quicktime for my OS.
--> You can try a free alternative called VLC. It can play most media files you throw at it.

A Microsoft Paint type program.
--> Photoshop is good but if you can't find a "friendly" ware, you can try a free alternative called GIMP.

How to upgrade my OS to a later version.
--> Err, this one you either pay or try your luck in finding a "friendly" ware.
