lost weight

i increase 1kg again.... sad... bui bui...

i dropped 2.2 kg in 3 days..
i'm deflated liao..water and glycogen on critical levels.

I lost 2.5kg since last Saturday... Damn skinny now.

Definition around Mid-section starting to blurr due to 1 Kg of Bar Gua, fried Chincken wings, Pineapple Tarts and Love letters.

Will need 2 weeks of CF and paleo to reverse the damage (been down this road before )
