Back Heart Chakra
The back heart chakra is located at the back of the heart. It primarily controls and energises the lungs and to a lesser degree the heart and the thymus gland. Malfunctioning of the back heart chakra manifests as lung problems such as asthma, tuberculosis and others.

1) gsp is controlling his breathing
2) Cornerman has his hands over his thymus gland, back heart chakra
3) Cornerman is circuling counter clockwise

waiting for him to release his DVD, his training is not bad.
Has lots of ideas and practical progression, took some from his preview ones he showed on the SC.com
