You want to share cost for educational material?
I want to order from PB gray cooks secret series - beneficial with OPT stuff as peter takes alot from Gray and from Jonny bowden books on food and supplement from amazon.

Pm/msn me for details to work out the finer details..

Pig eats anything, ie we eat "anything".

cow, sheep are better off, that's why we try to go for grass fed beef/mutton.

Chicken is considered acceptable.

Fish has mercury.

The same old crap of a good diet. :partyman:

actually it depends.
as long as the animals gets its natural diet it'll be fine.
Pork from a wild boar which you've hunted in the wild will be different from farmed pigs, even they are the same species.

Grain fed beef, chicken and goats are the same with pork if you're profiling them like that.
Farmed salmon omega 3 content is lower than wild salmon because they consume krill.
Moreover left over growth hormones and injected antibiotics make it even worst..

Even fruits and vegetables are the same..not all fruits and vegetables planted are equal, some have a better nutrient profiling then others even though its the same fruit or vegetable.

so doesn't really matter which source of protein you eat as long as the food of your protein is kept natural.
