34 right? oh boy, this is going to hurt...

let's say 34 reps total of 4-6 exercises, broken down into 4 rounds of 10, 9, 8, 7 reps (i.e. starting with 10 reps, then 9, then 8, then finish off with 7).

umm, buddy/pair 17x100m "sprints" (i.e. 2x17=34, and I use the word "sprints" loosely here), anybody? :butthead:

another alternative is the 25m "beep" runs we do, 17 times (with a buddy), that might hurt a little less...

I don't wanna do the beep test.
10,9,8,7 sounds good to me, if we aren't revisiting a previous workout.

My back is still stiff this morning after waking, so I'm thinking I want to pass on this weekend and rest it up. Really have no clue why it feels like I've strained it...

what time ah?
If henry is going then i'll come down to pass him his stuff but i'll do modified one.

Any thing that demands excessive or sudden extension of the ankle, i'll do something else.
BTW i just realized i'm short for henry's Green mag, didn't realized my stock ran out.

Solly henry =(

Well, not sure why I'm feeling this, can't attribute it to a cause. But just in case, I want to avoid things that have a big hip, lower back component, so I don't get a strain/injury for real.

So bench/curl day? Seriously, what's the program?

In the light of all the injuries, I suggest a session at Safra E1.

Forward push, pull, Vertical push, pull variants. With weights.

At the end, let Bryan share his 21 rep training technique.

Since that's the case, how about a "form check day" then? Just skill practice on anything and everything.
