yes, it is...spacious and quite well equipped...but no heavy dumbells, and no banging of weights...

HaiZ some clubfitt ah, really damn inflexible. Yiochukang one got smart alec, I do barbell rows ask me go power rack cuz I'm doing "powerlifting". Super strict.

Cck one say I can't deadlift near ( abt 2m away) the mirror cuz scared I crash into it. WTF!?
