Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John
ok, so that's a bit faster than 7min/mile pace. probably 6:30 or a bit less.
it's not like i was doing any special running program, i was running for warmup and doing some dumb shit in the weight room afterwards. the only thing he needs to do is actually train for it.
if sufian keeps louis training, then jordon will be a charitable man... but at this point, i think it actually depends more on sufian (and his other training partners) than louis. yea, not nice thing to say, but that's my opinion after reading his logs, etc
i can knock out a 7 min mile if i have to and i'm 100kg
2.4km in under 10 min is doable if you have the mindset regardless of your weight
learn to run properly from your 'guys in the trenches'
Would love to see it.
talk is cheap.

lol hmm lets not play integrity here la lol i mean if he says he can do it, ill take it and accept it lo. does it really matter? if jerry cant do it then too bad lo but so what you mean you need to see ppl your weight do 2.4 and get gold then you can meh. my friend 80kg, is overweight, can do a 9flat 2.4, jordon knows him also. gd enough? or talk is cheap also lol.
so in reply to jordon, SUI SUI LA I ALSO BELIEVE.

100kg bodyweight, vibram five fingers, 7mins for 1600m
If you want to learn how to run then call Eugene at Synergy Sports Performance. He's right there in Singapore and its S$100 for 1 session which is all I had from him.

Oh Louis, tsk tsk... after all you've seen we can accomplish at 300, you still doubt yourself... I'm almost 40, and there is NOTHING SPECIAL about me and my training methods. Jerry may have chosen the CF route, but again, there's nothing special about CF either, just the individual's will/drive to succeed.

Come on lar guys, with his amassed knowledge of all things scientific, Louis probably has the most balanced endrocrine system, testosterone level, white blood cell count, red blood cell count, platelet count, blood cholestrol level, hydrochloric acid level, sperm count, aka results that cannot be seen. So quit bitching about running timings, no matter how unhealthy or how weak he is on the outside, as long as it's scientific and on the inside aka no visible results, he's in much better shape than you.
