New Balance Shoes

Post by Sufian »

Apparently they have a 30% discount now(according to bert),
but if u guys want , I can get 40% discount. And, the discount goes for anything that is sold in the New Balance Concept Store. This includes clothing, socks, bags, watches, and all..

So, if u guys want anything, check out the store, get the model number and size, and get back to me on this.

you should try flats, you may like it.

It engages your glutes and hams with the stabilizers - abductors.
Forces you to use more of a front foot strike then heels.

This is of course if you have proper hip and knees stabilization and quality hip movement and gait.

I find the benefits more redeeming from experience/research and several opinions from various strength coaches.

IFF (if and only if) you are working on a proper track or nice (not too soft) ground. I really do not advocate flats on concrete or asphalt...

And if your running gait+dynamics are not 90+% perfect, again, I probably wouldn't recommend flats.

And by the way, Louis, if you really are sprinting, it's almost impossible to heel strike; and if the person is really sprinting (i.e. intensity + speed wise) and still heel striking, that person is probably the last person that should be wearing flats!

In which case you should wear different shoes for different activities. You don't drive a hummer on an F1 circuit.

Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.
