Crazy mum meting out coporal punishment

As my car drove past(Balmoral Plaza), i caught sight of this.The mother must've gone bonkers.

1)Its at the roadside, near the bus-stop.Need i say more if a bus runs over him.If you think that the punishment is of more importance than your child's safety, then kudos to you.He was not doing beside the car but away from the car.

2)There is this saying about washing your dirty linen in public.

3)Potentially blocking buses from exiting with her car stopped at the bus stop.

There is a fine line between meting out coporal punishment and comprising safety.Couldnt she have chose to do it discreetly at home.

Although i got worse,I have been whipped by belts till my ass had welts and punched till my nose bled.I do not codone or advocate her irrationale and mindless act.
