I don't mind. The sprints may be too much or too little depending on fitness level though. How about some "box jumps" taking advantage of the stadium seat/steps?

And if you're completely bored, look for better locations!

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

I browsed the first few pages in st701 for commercial properties today, but their search/filter function is pretty basic, so I ended up just scanning the pages manually. Didn't see anything useful so far.

quite okay but rather ghetto lol.
needs to be relatively "open" and not secluded if we want to attract the crowds esp ladies..

not exactly used or mint. used it for stretching only. maybe some band pullups long ago. then it was left sitting there for a year or so.

Guys, when I went for a walk at 10.30am this morning, it was a scorcher. I'm hoping we can start earlier than 10am, but if we can't then we can't, just be prepared to be very, very hot...

I would really prefer 10am, but I will go with the majority, unless it's earlier than 9am.

Let's make it 9am so there's a little bit of leeway if people are 10-15mins late.

Can you bring your rings too, those that have, in case we can do ring pushups/pullups?

Anybody need a lift from town?

I'll sms you or Goi if I can make it, but I have a bus from my place to TPY, so if the stadium is en route or near the interchange, I should be able to find it.
