Ya lor, aim for proper pullups and pushups, and maybe even single legged squats and proper ab-wheel/KTE. That would be good.

pain isn't the issue. quite used to tearing it open again and again. just dont want no infection on my hands.

I agree...but we have to work within the limits of the equipment we have. I do however see some potential places where we can do incline pushups. If all else fails, incline ring pushups might be an option. That's a great idea btw. Thanks.

Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.
