Just right smack in the center.

It comes on and off.. impeding sign of a heart attack?

Damn it hurts.

If you still can joke about it, unlikely to be heart related. You'll know it if it is heart related.

Hehe my find was that it was most likely Costochondritis... but man... before that it had me worried for a while.

My father had 2 heart attacks before so I may be in the high risk group.

he said sternum area...the heart is about 2 finger to the left of the sternum area...man..it is not a good signs...

1)you need to get a check up.
2) Buy a blood pressure monitor...i have one at home..
3) start reducing your weights(bodyfats)
4) Start joining the team 300 or just be there..do your aerobic cardio-respiratory exercises...
