Wow, I just downloaded the footage from the camera, Sufian (and Vic) managed to film about 16+minutes worth. Looks like I'll have to do some editing the next few days, vantage point is mostly from the balcony, but we also have some cameo performances from Sufian :P

Any suggestions for music that won't be blocked by youtube? otherwise it might be some old jazz stuff...

Observations:
I didn't lock out my thrusters... sure didn't feel that way when I did it.

yeah, Phing was really moving with those presses, I remember one round he got of 25+, very impressive...

1:30. I remember that Louis dropping the bar from near overhead. If it was the bald guy, he would've probably run down and stop the whole thing...

Another HQ edit from Phing.

Thanks. I need to work on my SDHP though, I keep hitting my left shin and I have a nice bruise on my right knee that I just noticed halfway through this week.

yeah, Louis had a suitably chagrin look on his face when that happened. I'm still not sure how he dropped it, unless he just completely lost his grip on the bar.

It's techno'ish, anybody want to guess where I got the music from...?

some other comments:
1) I have some video footage of kacie's cleans which I didn't include, I think I'll try to upload it sometime, as I think KC needs some work on it (or if you already know, then I won't bother).
2) check out the guy doing the obligatory "curl next to mirror, coz' lord knows I can't feel my biceps otherwise" ~1.05 in the background... sigh
3) Xian is always smiling!
4) Steph was really awesome with her push presses. And watch her boogeying away at the end

You are giving it all (pun intended)...

But seriously, that's all anybody can ask of themselves. Good job, no matter the performance.

Just train regularly with good form and it'll take care of itself most of the time. When I fatigue, my form suffers as well. My weight on the jump squats were all on my toes rather than my heels as the sets went on...

Probably... 1997... GITS Megatech Body OST

I'm still waiting for a chance to embed my favourite, Pet Food, from GITS SAC. It's only about 1:30 in duration though.
