Clubfitt Gyms around redhill

Post by alex »

I would be working during the School holidays, some school industrial attachment at Redhill from 3pm-11pm daily. Can afford to go gym prior to work.

Is Delta any good(environment, got nosey instructor etc), is it squat or power rack? got safety/holding pins for those? is it facing the mirror

Usually bilteral work(1 arm db chest press,1 arm overhead standing press and the likes), bulgarian split squats, lunges etc

I usually go lighter on the dbs and heavier on the bb but i still go heavy on dbs sometimes but more on bb.

If you wanna know the heaviest i can do...

1 arm standing overhead press best i did as 27.5kg each arm for 4 reps or so.30kg pair of dbs for incline chest press is manageable for me, can rep out 8 or more.

Bulgarian split squats/lunges i normally use about 10-20kg and just focus on the form/eccentric and feeling the muscle work.cause i already do heavy squat variants with bb.

I remembered using the thomas cc 80lb DBs 3 years back when i was studying around there.Used it to do rows mostly and managed to do about 6-7 reps for db chest presses.

If only most clubfitts could have that weight.
