alex, it really really doesn't matter what you say (of course you don't start the conversation with "simi tai ji?".

unless the company has a standard script of how you should interact, be more concerned with HOW you say it.

i'm a clerk doing front line reception in the saf printing centre. i deal with phone clients and walk-in customers everyday. just have a fun and helpful vibe.
