As mentioned, I think I'm out for this weekend, have a couple of gatherings I got to go to with the wife.

Looks like I'll have to find some time to spend with Barbara...

OK who's bringing the equipment? We need 16s and 20s for the guys, and 8s and 12s for the girls. Also need rings and bands. Since Keith isn't coming tomorrow, we need more bands. I only have 1 and it's not very strong.

Goi - 2x16, 1x20, 1xring, 1x40mm band

1x16, 1x20, 1 pair of rings.

but i'll require transport if i'm to bring both kettlebells.

as for the wet weather program, it doesn't quite make sense to pay 8.5 to do bw exercises right? where else are we doing the wet weather program

For the wet weather programmes, u guys have rings.. hook it up and do pull-ups in a sheltered environment anywhere. There are a few sheltered places near Tims.

jurong point? new food court has got interesting stuff...mini restaurants, thai (sakura), indian, korean, plus local foods...

there is also this marche concept japanese restaurant at jurong west stadium, with 99cents sushi, plus a whole range of other jap foods

aston's at jurong east was good the other time, wouldn't mind going there again...this one's got my vote

clementi of course has the hawker centre as well as the coffee shops....u guys said that botak jones lost it's standard, so i'll take ur word for it

Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

Goi ain't no spring chicken, but yeah, pretty minimal cardio work the last few weeks except for 300 on the weekend, and this week I've been taking it easy as well as I don't feel 100%. But the heat really makes a difference too, I just couldn't push myself today.
