Wah Monday already thinking of Sunday...pro and hardcore

Is KC coming this time? If so can do the program that he proposed, with BARBARA being wet weather program.

Otherwise, just choose 1x jialat jialat from the WOD list that we haven't done in a while.

Or you can also make up one yourself :D

Change those to ring pullups, since we are doing bar dips (That and I need to give my elbows a break).

For thusters, do you mean the 1-H thrusters we did yesterday, or burpees without pushup+jump?

Woodlands...

it does have 50kg DB's though... opening hours suck for an open to the public gym, but maybe a wet weather alternative before the box/cube/cage or whatever it'll be called

Woodlands, hmm, kind of far.

Do they have a C2 rower? If not, we'd have to sub like before.

Code: Select all

A gym will not be complete without a cardio zone. Choose to work out from any of these cardio equipment:

Treadmills x 4 units
X-Trainers x 3 units
Bicycles x 2 units
Water Rowers x 2 units
You may also watch TV programmes from the ceiling-hanged TVs in front, while working out on the cardio machines.

Wondering How Much Fats Your body Has?

You can measure you body-fat percentage with the high-tech Tanita 4-point bodyfat analyzer for FREE when you workout in RP Gym.

Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.
