Me too
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

The Keiser? Isn't that like state of the art, from 20 years ago when they were pushing pneumatic equipment?

On the other hand, I'm interested in this: "1 Power Platform (to perform your explosive lifts and exercises)"

Someone want to come up with a workout revolving around this?

Most establish SnC coach will have one in their facility.

Sadly in singapore, you don't have anything like this - advantages over a cable pulley for air loads is that its smooth concentric and eccentric.
so you can do explosive chops, push pull for core strength and power.

And it saves alot of space as its compact but its abit more expensive to setup and maintain.

I'm also interested if they have a O lifting platform, would love to train my o lifts there and drop the weights..
if it really does then i can hopefully reach my PR of 100kg C&J without travelling all the way to kevin's if i'm lazy.

Not with only 1 platform and 1 bar. Unless you think it'll take < 5 mins per person (which I doubt, this is a squat clean+jerk for 30 reps @ 60kg, right?). Otherwise we'll be there for 2 hours waiting...

Haha we've been slacking a bit. Usually we're there on Mon, Wed, Fri/Sat, in the afternoons. Actually I'm quite unsure who you are... do you have a picture of yourself somewhere so I can recognise you :P or you could just say hi the next time you see us around

Hahaha oh you're that guy ah. ok you definitely look better than Jon. Derek isn't the biggest hugest guy that likes to do smith squats with 4 plates by any chance right? Nowadays got more kids hogging the various barbells...

Thanks for the welcome :)

Hahaha i know who you are la... dark skinned guy, you use chalk (which is how rare there lol), and everytime I see you you're deadlifting at the rack.

Hmm... maybe that guy isn't derek, but there definitely is a big guy (so far I haven't seen anyone bigger than him in Tamp) there, he usually does smith squats ATG, benches, shrugs when I see him around. Strange you haven't seen him before though, I see him more often than I see you lol.
