J chaimberg is another person i look up to, i'm awaiting to buy his DVD.
His preview on SC.com gave me alot of ideas for progressions and his DVD is a great resource for newbies and advance trainers.

Currently i'm using his Quad set templates - 1 lower/1 upper/core/1 upper for my clients.
Its a great way to save time and great to condition more advance clients.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John
