Not really talking trash, but not sure where this otherwise...
A good article and reminder why I don't respect armchair quarterbacks and don't participate in any other forums where I don't know (most of) the members

(This does not include situations where people are potentially injuring themselves and in which case, they may get a courtesy unsolicited suggestion, but that is irregardless of the weight used)
Form police
Re: Form police
The self professed form guru:don't use momentum to lift the weight, please reduce the weight by 200lb in order to do it properly...

Re: Form police
Sometimes, using good form all the time does not allow for progress instead you stagnate at a plateau.
To me, good form is form that doesnt allow you to get injured to any degree.

WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED TO CONTINUE LIFTING AND COMPETING?
......Just putting myself in pain and challenging myself to persevere when it is difficult to do so. I plan crazy things from time to time to keep myself mentally tough. This includes things like very difficult training sessions that lead to vomiting and other methods of self imposed pain to strengthen the mind. Probably the craziest thing I have done (and I don’t recommend this) was to take a 3-4” long nail and drive it all the way into my arm with just my hands just to make myself withstand the pain.
