Grr, was heading home around 8'ish, of course at bl**dy newton circus, some over-eager rally-car wannabe forced his way through whilst I was turning and scratched my car. I couldn't see who it was, just heard a strange noise on the left hand side of my car.
I then saw a whitish coloured alfa/renault hooning away ahead of me on scotts road (quite a feat considering how crowded it was); the significance being that when I got home and inspected the damage, the paint on my side panels was also whitish.
Grrrrrrrrrr

wah so sway..plus you can't do anything.

I guess I could be thankful that if I was on a bike (motorized or not), and the guy bumped me, I might not be able to type this right now.
Another 4.9 years to go before I change cars... doh!

Probably not worth it, will get the car washed this weekend and see how extensive the scratch is, two panels definitely, just not sure how deep.

Damn...hit and run?
Why wait 4.9 years? Just get that Hi-Ace, Hilux or Cabstar now!

I feel your pain man.
But seriously man... the moment you hear something weird or the tiniest of vibrations that is not suppose to be there, good chance you might been hit.
My van got smashed into by a truck before... and the bugger ran too.
Most drivers do stop... lest they have no licence or are too scared.
Nothing posted by this fat bastard should be taken seriously. SOME are for entertainment purposes only.

His car probably got scratched in the process too and maybe that sort of showboat driver feels even more pain of having his car damaged, seeing as how you described. He probably gives lots of attention to his car and wants other's attention to it as well.

Well, he said rally car-wannabe, over-eager.And i know Alfa/renault has some cars that can fit the bill.Too bad, he did not say which model.
Not bragging but staying near town, i have seen all sorts of expensive cars and sad to say a lot of them are showboats.
