Do on Sunday.

I sure come. If I can keep myself awake.

ITs time I get back to what I love most... Metcon.

Amongst the many things that I do, curling is one of the things that I hate. I do it because I have to. Not because I want to.

In the gym, I like squatting most. Second after that is Ring dips.

Hate most is Deadlifts. Second after that is Benching and overhead pressing.

Bryan's such an eager beaver...

Two major decisions:
1) what workout to do? Let's please agree ahead of time, so we don't waste half an hour deciding!
2) where are we going to eat? " " " " " ", " " " " " " " "?

Clear weather: ?
Wet weather: Bryan's suggestion? Let's hack at it now. I believe it was something like clean, ohp, deads, pullups, squat.

However since we're at the gym and we've been kinda doing relatively light weight metcon stuff, how about mixing it up and going a little heavier, but lower reps now? Here's what I propose:

3 rounds:
3xclean - 95-135#? (sub with high pull or DB clean if cannot)
8xOHP - 65-95#?
8xdeadlift - 135-185#?
12xpullup
8xsquat - 135-185#?

We can play around with the reps and loads a bit...

Steph: Then Justine how? And pity those who DO drive, have work on Monday, and have no holiday :(
