I wish Jen the best and hope he becomes champion again. I don't know how to explain it, but when you see him in action, you know you're looking at a champion.

I also wish Chaar the best and hopes he becomes champion too. I know he doesn't browse here, but I'll say it anyway. Besides Derrick, he's always the smallest competitor, but has the best track record so far. To those who says he juices as if it matters, go fuck yourself.

I wish Sam all the best as well, but I won't mince my words, you really have some tough competition this time. Perhaps this is what will drive you to become champion.

Congrats to Ridzal making it to top ten on the first try. I wish you the best too, you are the dark horse who may surprise everyone.

Congrats to Keith Wong on making it to the top ten. You have nothing to lose and everything to prove, the time has come for "The King" to strut his stuff.

Congrats to Ben if you get the chance to participate. As long as the opportunity comes, you should be ready to take advantage of it. There is no feeling bad or what shit, your conscience is clear, there is no holding back.

I wish Sufian all the best for his first performance at Strongman. Don't talk about training and eating, it takes real balls to go out there and display everything to everyone. Well, maybe not everything, but you get what I mean. I'm sure your smile will be bigger than anyone else.
