Thanks Kevin for teaching me the half learnt handstand thingy. Would be looking forward to do one real handstand pushup one day.
And Phing, I think you are really good at runs. You could still talk/shout/joke?! for every running round, I dun even have the energy to reply you.

i think the call for fast timing is very stressful.
As long as one gives it his/her all and never give up, that's good enough.
But I can understand how chiu feel.

Anything with more than 1 400m run will slow me down a lot...that's why all those workouts with less/no runs...I can perform near the top of the heap. Hopefully this Friday's hill sprints will help me improve...wahaha

Haha, if I didn't joke/talk I'd be crying...

Thanks. I didn't realise till after dinner, that I hadn't collected my file.

previous 12:52, today 13:15. Not too shabby. I was hopping I could get under 12:00 this time, but those overhead swings take a lot out of me.

I'm glad everybody finished, I was pleasantly surprised Alex went the full 3 rounds, and Peter and Adeline powered through it all.

Steph, Justine, I think you guys are getting way too comfortable with the 12kg swings and band pullups, time to up the intensity

Am I really that noisy?
Elephant feet...
Oh no 12 kg is enough, really. When I'm more comfortable wit the 16, I would up the challenge.
And the fact that you can joke/talk/shout during the runs, perhaps you might want to carry a kb and run along with it
And I did no bands! yay. ok.
