Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

Yup I named this WOD after him cos he is a good friend of mine and has shown great support in CF, so I wanna do an unofficial opening WOD in regoniction of his love and passion for CF and the box.

I don't think I can physically clean 60kg, 75 times, either.

Maybe if I did one clean per minute. So the workout would take me 85 mins (2mins each per 400m, and 75mins for the cleans)... :axe:

I clean 60kg 3x, about once a week. So that means it took me over 20 weeks to clean 75x. How's that for a "time to beat"?

I clean 60kg x3, 3 times every 2 weeks. So 9 times every 2 weeks, carry the third, subtract the phases of the moon... I'd "only" take 16-17 weeks instead.

Oh boy, this T-Hunter guy has no idea who or what he's up against.
