Science behind this?

Post by lips »

ok, for my usual training, pull up can be 1 of the exercises. i do maybe 5x8 or so but i dont feel doms in my lats.

for the 300 last sunday, i did 8 rounds of pull up x 5 reps. no doms on mon but serious doms on tues and quite serious today.

what's the science behind this? same reps, but maybe no rest time, thus latacic acid build up?

btw, my lats feel so big and hard now. chest also got shape liao while waistline is getting smaller.

300 ish very good for fat loss
+ prune juice 2 sun ago.

i am lean again!

next supplement on my list: herbal life mrp.

I think the prune juice trend is picking up. I saw one angmoh at CFSG drinking it also, perhaps for PWO.
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

Pulling explosively/fast is a lot different to pulling with tempo, so perhaps you are used to tempo, but not speed work. After a few workouts, you'll get used to it.

My usual tempo is the same as 300. ahha, i am too lazy to lengthen my TUT, i just go for the rep and that's it.

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John
