i bought a mini fridge from a hardware store last year...doesn't run on electricity....put in your freezer overnight, and it gives you up till 8 hours of cold storage...it's not too big, fits into my haversack, and it keeps all my packed meat well (3 boxes), all the way to the last meal in the evening

oh my that sounds like a godsend, how much did u pay for it? seems really good!
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

forty plus, close to fifty...i bought it from the hardware store at the basement of jurong point...there are many models, with varying sizes....some just fits one can of soda, some are picnic basket sized ....i would say that was a very good investment

NTUC extra in JP selling vacuum steel lunch box, brand ENDO. the 1.8 litre one cost $36++ while the 1.2 litre one cost roughly $29. the 1.8 litre one out of stock liao... cos i got the last one.
