I saw one guy there at about 6pm dunno if u're talking abt the same guy. Anyway, u mean flipping?
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

If you are interested in stuff such as flipping tires,do come down to the same venue this Sat at 12pm.

We also have equipment for other strongman events such as the Super Yoke,farmers walk,log press,loading race and sled drag among others.

Besides strongman,we also offer advice on gym training and nutrition.
